In 2018 we Introduced tournament packages, which are now available to purchase on this page online or over the phone by calling us. We know the fees involved with purchasing tournaments can get expensive, wherever you go. We have crafted special Hardwood Tournament packages, with that in mind - designed to make the tournament experience more affordable for your team and the families within all year long! Please note that tournament package redemptions are now available to use at
Hardwood National Championships***. No redemption at Hoop Scout Media National Championships.
*** Redemption for Hardwood National Championships comes at a higher price 3500 Rewards points. Your purchase will only reflect the 2500 to redeem 'Free Tournament Rewards', so keep in mind if you spend on Hardwood National Championships it will cost more for the high demand event. There will be no refund in the difference once the Hardwood National Championships code has been redeemed. You may not get 7 tournaments when you purchased the 7 tournament package if you opt to go to Hardwood National Championships for "Free" and don't have enough points left to register for your other events. Free Tournament Rewards can not be used at Hardwood National Championships. Hardwood Tournaments will not add more points or modify registrations once it has been redeemed in the loyalty center.
How we Issue & How to Redeem Your Tournament Package
We will use HardwoodRewards for as the way for you to redeem your tournament package. We will add enough points to your Hardwood Account for you to redeem the "Free Tournament Reward" on your My Rewards page, then just simply apply the unique codes you get to the tournaments you want. You'll need to redeem separate times as the unique codes will only work once.
The Free Tournament Reward costs 2500 Hardwood Points, so for example if you buy a 4 tournament package then we will add 10,000 Hardwood Points to your account for you to redeem yourself as you wish within the posted exclusions.
Heres a step-by-step navigation on redeeming your purchased tournament packages:
1- Create or Log in to you Hardwood Tournaments Account
2- Navigate back to the drop-down menu next to your profile photo (this is will be at the top of the page and say Welcome Back, [your name].) Click this drop down and select My Rewards.
3. Find Free Tournament Reward and tap redeem points next to this selection. Make sure it says Free Tournament reward that you are redeeming.
4. Copy the unique code you are given.
5. Find an eligible redemption tournament you'd like to attend.
6. Paste the unique code you copied from the free tournament redemption in the coupon code when entering your information during the registration after you select your tickets and bypass the tournament info page.
